Margaret Mwenda values listening and learning as a practice of faithful stewardship,  ensuring that leaders serve responsibly, witness faithfully, and remain accountable to those they are called to serve. For Margaret, evaluation is not only about measuring outcomes and impact but also about honoring the people, finances, time, and mission entrusted to us. It is a tool for fostering a posture of reflection and learning to guide organizations toward improvement and ensure impact that serves communities for their well being and flourishing.

Margaret has many years of experience in program evaluation for accreditation, strategic planning, and institutional effectiveness in higher education.  She holds a PhD in Higher Education Policy and Leadership, an MBA, and a Bachelor of Education degree.

Outside of her professional work, Margaret enjoys hiking the trails of West Michigan, reading a good book, and traveling to spend time with family and to explore new places and cultures.
