Virginia Kay (VK) Copeland serves as the Executive Assistant. She graduated from Covenant College with a Business degree and a minor in Sociology, driven by her interest in cultivating the people side of business. Besides traveling and quality time with friends and family, she enjoys volunteering at her church, Restoration Southside Church, as well as Choices Pregnancy Resource Center and Neigh’tions. She is married to Morgan Copeland, and they live in Brainerd with their three kittens!
