Claire Brosius

Chief of Staff, Hope International

Claire Brosius brings twelve years of experience in communications, strategy, and change management to her role as chief of staff at HOPE International. Since joining the HOPE International team, she has served in a variety of roles contributing to strategic planning, project management, governance, executive facilitation, and communication. As chief of staff, she is the “air traffic controller” for leadership conversations and internal communication, helping to ensure good stewardship of leaders’ time and clear communication to the global HOPE International team. In addition to her work at HOPE, Claire serves on the board of the Accord Network. She is a writer and has been published in Christianity Today alongside Chris Horst.

Claire holds a degree in philosophy from Wheaton College (Ill.) as well as certificates in change management, corporate governance, and executive leadership. She lives in Lancaster, Pennsylvania in the United States with her husband and their golden retriever, who enjoys family movie nights.
