Adrian Reid

Adrian is a goal-driven strategic leader who is passionate about innovation, design thinking and social entrepreneurship as a means to promote human flourishing, alleviate poverty and create just communities.

He has pioneered various movements, such as empowering a developing country and its churches to embrace urban agriculture as a means of economic development and poverty alleviation. He also initiated a movement to disciple and mobilize marketplace believers to transform cities by living out their faith in the workplace.

Adrian has over two decades of professional experience in training and facilitation in the public sector, private sector and faith based sector, across the Caribbean, Africa and the United States.  He has accrued a wealth of knowledge and skills from these experiences and is excited to serve the Innovation Team in this capacity.

Adrian is the husband of one wife; Robertha and two boys, Levi-Hunter and Luke-Pierce. When he is not working, you may find him reading, watching anime, riding a bike or watching a good movie.
