Molly is passionate about equipping Christians to worship God through generosity and stewardship, and empowering churches to lift up those experiencing material poverty. Her experience includes years of ministry and nonprofit service both locally and globally.

She worked with Casa del Alfarero in the garbage dump of Guatemala City, partnered with Compassion International, and served on the board of directors with Generation 2 Generation Guatemala.
