Pastor Robert Turner is the President and Founder of I Care Outreach and has a passion to share biblical truth with practical life application. He has served in various pastoral and discipleship ministry roles in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Ohio as well as in Kenya, and East Africa. Pastor Turner holds a master’s in Urban Ministry Leadership from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary and has served on various community organizations and boards.
